We had the pleasure of catering a unique reception for our bride and groom and  300 of their nearest and dearest. The bride loved the idea of a light snack of fruits, veggies and mini sandwiches. We are still setting up, but I think this is going to be good.  Even the most simple menu can be a thing of beauty…
