Here is an easy recipe for any Fall occasion where something sweet is on the menu. We like to include these as a garnish on our goodie platters. Somewhere between a candy and a cookie, but just right!
Pecan Crispies
35 Graham Crackers divided in to sections and spread on a 1/2 sheet pan
Bring to a rolling boil:
1 c brown sugar
1 c butter
1/4 t cream of tartar
1 c chopped pecans
Pour over crackers and heat in oven till sugar mixture bubbles. Let cool and break or cut apart.
