and I love to share recipes too! These Pumpkin Pancakes will really hit the spot on Saturday morning before a trip to the “Patch” to watch our granddaughter choose her Jack O’ Lantern.

Combine:

2 c all purpose flour,3 TBSP brown sugar, 2 tsp b powder, 1 tsp b soda, 1 tsp allspice, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 t ginger, 1/2 tsp salt

Mix in a separate bowl

1 1/2 c milk, 1 c pumpkin puree, 1 egg, 2 TBSP veggie oil, 2 TBSP vinegar

Stir dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture just enough to combine.

Pour approx. 1/4 c batter on a hot griddle and brown on both sides.
